Our return policy:
- if you decide you do not want to keep the product for whatever reason, you can return the product but we do not cover the return shipping costs. The product needs to be returned in the same state as you received it in.
- if you have received a wrong product (which is a very rare and unlikely event) you immediately have to contact our Customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your order number. an investigation will be started by us to determine the cause of the fault. after this investigation (which will take no longer than 1 day) we will work out the best solution for you and make sure you get the right product as fast as possible.
